Is this a registered business? 
Yes- we have an ABN and we are also registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commision (ASIC) 

How long will my order take to dispatch? 
Our website shows live updates of what is in stock. Please allow up to 2 business days. You will receive an email notifying you of your order confirmation. 

How will my goods be shipped? 
Currently we can only offer shipping within Australia.
As we try minimise the cost of shipping, items will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel system. Items shipped via eParcel will have a tracking number (shown in your email notification.)

How long will delivery take? 
Please allow a week to receive your order. 

Disclaimer: 
These shipping times are only a guideline, thus there may be unforeseen delays, such as new product launch, promotions and special events due to high volumes of orders. 
We thank you for your understanding and patience- you will receive your goods as soon as possible!

Returns: 

We individually check each order with a strict Quality and Assurance procedure.
If your ordered product is received faulty or defective we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping costs.
Please note we are not liable for damage caused in transit.

Refund requests must be made within 5 days from receipt of merchandise.
If you wish to return your order, please email us at 
[email protected] with the subject line ‘ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message.
Please also include photos in the email of the product and packaging to further explain the reason for the return.
Please do not ship back to 
Alfie’s Pet Supplies until we confirm your email.

Goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and at the customer’s expense.

Upon receipt of the faulty item we will check to determine the cause of the fault and replace if the product is found defective.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” customer.

Incorrect Address or unclaimed parcels:
Please check carefully you have entered the correct shipping address.
If any goods are returned to us we will contact you to find out why.
However, if the goods need to be dispatched to an amended address you will be charged for the second dispatch.
If you decide not to have the goods resent we will refund you for the goods less a 20% re-stocking fee and there will be no refund of shipping charges

Lastly:
Alfie’s Pet Supplies are all lovingly and individually packaged so slight variances may occur. Please be aware the product you receive may not be an exact replica of the image on Alfie’s Pet Supplies.
